Here at Breakaway from Poverty in Detroit, Michigan, we believe that poverty isn’t a state that people have to live in forever. That’s why we support the homeless as well as families who have no food. With our efforts, we can push them towards the path leading to a better life.

We strive to do all the good we can, in every way we can, to all the people we can, as long as we can. Our mission is to actively serve the homeless and less fortunate people of the Metro Detroit Area by providing services that contribute to the health and vitality of the community.
